Challenges
The client needed a website that could do more than simply list repair services. It had to attract potential customers, explain what the workshop does, present the specialists behind the business, and make it easy for visitors to take the next step and request a repair.
At the same time, the website needed to present a large amount of service, brand, photo, and customer-review information without becoming overloaded or difficult to navigate.
Solution
We developed a focused, customer-oriented web application that brings the workshop's services, specialists, customer reviews, and contact options together in one place.
The repair request form was connected directly to the organization's Telegram account, allowing customers to describe their device problem and send a request without leaving the website. Phone, email, maps, and social-media contacts provided additional ways to reach the workshop.
We also prepared and optimized the website's visual and editorial content, including photographs, videos, service descriptions, and other information needed to present the workshop and its services clearly.
